Need help with an evaluation?
We can help at all stages of the process from brainstorming ideas to conducting a formal evaluation.
1
Logic Model
A logic model is an outline of how a program or service does what it is supposed to do.
It serves as the basis for grant applications, allocations of funding, and evaluation of your program.
The Center can help develop a logic model from scratch or provide feedback on an existing model.
2
Quality Metrics
It is important to continuously monitor the quality of your services so you can make real-time improvements.
The Center can help by identifying the most relevant metrics for your program, developing a plan to measure these indicators, and drafting report templates for ongoing measurements.
Formative evaluations occur as programs are in development. These evaluations include expert review, usability and feasibility assessments, or treatment-only pilot testing.
The Center conducts formative evaluations for programs that are early in the evaluation process.

Formative Evaluation
4
Summative Evaluation
Summative evaluations answer the final question “Does it work?”
The Center leads every step of the evaluation process from design of the question and approach, obtaining institutional review board (IRB) approval as necessary, data collection and management, data analysis, and report preparation.
